By visiting the Realhealthio Platform or using any part of its Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept all or any of the terms and conditions, you are not allowed to view or use any content on the Website. Your use of the Services is explicitly dependent on your full acceptance of these terms.

The material on the Services is protected by laws governing copyright and trademarks. This content is either owned by  Realhealthio or its affiliates or has been licensed to them. You may not copy, share, re‑post, upload, show publicly, recreate, sell, transfer, assign, license, or use for business purposes any copyrighted content from the Services without our prior written approval, except as specifically permitted here. You must not delete, change, or hide any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary notices embedded in or included with our content and Services. You may download, copy, or print a limited portion of content strictly for your own personal and non-commercial use, on the following conditions:

2. You do not make any changes to the content.
3. You do not present the material in a way that implies Realhealthio supports or sponsors your own, or any third party’s, causes, ideas, websites, products, or services.
4. You do not use the content in any way that is unlawful or harmful to any other person or organization.

No excerpt from any material on the Services may be quoted anywhere without clearly crediting Realhealthio. Any other use of Services content requires prior written authorization from us.

You may not use Realhealthio’s services for marketing, advertising, or commercial activities unless we have explicitly allowed it. You may not alter, adapt, copy, share, translate, build derivative works from, publicly show, sell, trade, or otherwise profit from the Services or any content provided through them (other than your own submitted material), except where  Realhealthio has clearly authorized such use. You may not employ any bot, spider, site‑search tool, or other automated method to access the Services or their content, unless it is an approved RSS feed. You may not repackage or reframe any part of the Services without our written permission. 

Third-party Links

Our services may automatically generate search results that may redirect you to third‑party websites. Realhealthio does not control those external sites or the material they host, and cannot promise or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of that content. Realhealthio does not endorse any third‑party site’s material, nor can it assure that such sites will be free from viruses or will not otherwise harm your device. When you use the Services to search for or open links to other sites, you acknowledge and accept that you cannot hold  Realhealthio responsible for any damage or loss you suffer as a result of those actions. The site, its content, and the Services are provided “as is,” without any warranties.

Access termination

Realhealthio possesses the sole discretion to change, pause, or stop the Services, the Application, or any part of them, and may also update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may end or suspend any or all services to you, as well as to immediately terminate or suspend your account, at any moment and for any reason or no reason, and without advance notice. The Parts of these Terms of Use that logically remain in force after termination of your access will continue to apply. You can delete your Account anytime through account settings. Child Policy

The services of Realhealthio are not intended for minors. Users below 13 may not access the Services unless they have valid parental permission. If your country has its own age‑based rules, you must follow those local laws in letter and spirit. We do not knowingly gather personal data from children under 13, and any such information, when found, will be removed quickly and without any prior notification. 

Spam policy

You acknowledge and accept that sending unrequested email promotions or placing unnecessary advertisements in comments or through any of our services in any manner is strictly forbidden under these terms. Any improper use of the Platform’s computer infrastructure breaches these Terms and may also contravene various federal and state laws.

Indemity

By using Realhealthio and its services, you agree to indemnify and hold not responsibly, along with its clients, leaders, and staff, against any liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees and costs) that arises from claims made by third parties connected to your access to the Services, your use of the services, any breach of these Terms of Use, or any violation by you or by someone else using your account or Platform User ID of any intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that, under any legal claim, whether based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or any other, Realhealthio will not be responsible for: 

1. any lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the Services. 
2. any disruption of access, or for lost, damaged, or corrupted data. 
3. direct damages. 

If the laws of your state do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, this limitation may not apply to you.

Disclaimer

You must keep your login details and account information secure, and you are fully accountable for every activity carried out under your account and any actions taken in relation to the Services. Content linked to your profile must not be deceptive, illegal, or designed to exploit others’ names or reputations. We have the right to modify or take down any description or keyword that we deem unsuitable or unlawful. You must promptly inform Realhealthio of any unauthorized activity on your account or any security issues. We do not examine and review all content uploaded to or connected from the Services. Hence, we cannot guarantee the safety, accuracy, or impact of user‑posted material. We do not imply approval of user content as correct, helpful, or free from risk. You must take appropriate measures to safeguard yourself and your devices against viruses, malware, and other harmful content you may encounter. You waive any claims against Realhealthio for any consequences, positive or negative, of accessing or not accessing content. We do not guarantee anything about the material available through or linked from the Services and explicitly disclaims responsibility for any damage or issues arising from such content.

If there are significant changes, they will be posted here, and you are expected to go through them carefully.
